This is a premier urban infill project. Located on a site with extensive existing large trees, the developer has worked hard to situate the homes so as to preserve as many of the existing trees as possible. The home style promotes a Mediterranean theme of tile roofs and blending of stucco and stone facades. The first model required screening of site and sound from the adjacent roadway. A 3 foot tall curvilinear retaining wall was installed to create the basic barrier, extensive plantings were incorporated throughout.
